Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is passionate about helping business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control over their financial direction. She believes the most effective financial guidance comes from real conversations, thoughtful insight, and trusted partnerships—things no AI or automation can replace. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys fishing, traveling, playing volleyball, and spending quality time with her family.

Anastaisha brings over 10 years of experience in the medical field, along with hands-on expertise in short-term rental property management and residential remodel projects. Her background also includes IT support, systems management, web development, and digital marketing, giving her a unique ability to connect financial data with real-world operations and technology. At Northwest Bookkeeping Solutions, she supports clients through bookkeeping clean-ups, reconciliations, and structured financial organization, while also leading marketing and operational strategy initiatives. With a detail-driven approach and a strong understanding of how businesses function day-to-day, Anastaisha builds systems that support smarter decisions and sustainable growth. She values clear communication, practical solutions, and building trust through consistency. Outside of work, she enjoys home projects, creative design, and spending time with her husband and mini goldendoodle, Bodhi.

Casey has been part of Northwest Bookkeeping Solutions for over three years and is known for her strong attention to detail and love of organization. With an academic background in Character and Environmental Design, she brings a creative eye and structured mindset to bookkeeping. She handles bookkeeping clean-ups, accounts payable, reconciliations, auditing, and transfer recording to ensure clients’ books remain accurate and reliable. She also assists with training and mentoring newer team members, helping uphold the firm’s standards of excellence and integrity. Casey is passionate about providing clients with dependable financial records that support confident decision-making.
